Your School's Subscription

Your school's plan decides how many students and staff you can add and which features are switched on. You can see your plan inside Tawaasal, but you change it on your account at tawaasal.com, where you signed up.

See your plan​

  1. Open your Dashboard.
  2. The Subscription Status card shows the plan your school is on, with Student Usage and SMS Usage against your plan's limits.
  3. Select View Details to see every limit and the features your plan includes.

When you reach a limit​

  • Students or staff. If you try to add more people than your plan allows, Tawaasal stops and tells you the limit. Nobody already in the school is affected.
  • Features. A feature your plan does not include shows a lock and says it needs a different plan.

To raise a limit or switch on a feature, change your plan as described below.

Change, renew or cancel​

Everything about paying for Tawaasal happens on your account at tawaasal.com:

  1. Go to tawaasal.com and sign in with the account you used to subscribe.
  2. Open My Account, then choose your school.
  3. From there you can:
    • change your plan or the number of students,
    • add or remove add-ons,
    • switch between monthly and yearly billing,
    • update your payment method,
    • see and print your invoices,
    • cancel, or undo a cancellation.

The account at tawaasal.com belongs to whoever signed the school up. It is separate from your sign-in to your school in Tawaasal. If you don't know who that is, or no longer have access, contact us.

When you need to contact us

Some changes are made by our billing team rather than online: if your school pays by bank transfer or PayPal, or is on an Enterprise plan. Use tawaasal.com/en/contact and choose billing.

Cancelling​

When you cancel, your subscription runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and then ends. Until then you can undo the cancellation from your account at tawaasal.com.

After it ends you have 30 days to export anything you want to keep, using the exports in Data management. Your school's data is then deleted, as set out in our Data Processing Agreement. It is safest to export before the end date.
